We offer one Complimentary Private Session to introduce you to Pilates and give you an idea of where your body is in terms of strengths and weakness.
You and the instructor will formulate goals and create a unique plan that works for you. After only one private session, you will be more comfortable with the language of Pilates.

Janice Silva/ Instructor: Janice has over 20 years of experience with Pilates and 30+ years with the personal practice of Yoga. As a certified Pilates teacher, she specializes in helping her students make it their own.
Karen Fraser/Instructor: Karen brings great body awareness and understanding to her teaching. She has been practicing Pilates for 4 years, and Yoga for 20+ years.
